  1. There is no brake to restrain the trolley going downhill, but as the trolley is light it’s certainly manageable in that situation.

  2. A lithium battery and charger costs 240 plus 7.20 postage and packing. They’re good for 36 holes and guaranteed for two years.

  3. Hi, I have just bought a used Gokart and its great, but I have two problems. No brake, and nowhere to fit my skycaddie, are you near releasing a gps holder, and how do you stop the little blighter rolling away? Fab product and chuffed to bits with it.

  4. Hi Mark,
    |We’ll let you know as soon as the GPS holder is ready, we’re working on it. Cross hill parking is the key here!

  5. Hi,

Bought a GoKart a while ago and have been very happy with it, but have just seen your automatic version. Do you offer any sort of upgrade option?

    Thanks.

  6. Hi Jason, yes you are going to be able to update your GK with the Automatic handle – we’ll email you with more news of this when we’re ready to offer this service to customers. Watch this space!

  7. yes, we have a showroom above the factory here at Canterbury – shout if you want directions. We’re here Monday to Friday 9-5 and don’t believe in lunch.

  8. Yes the GoKart freewheels in the direction it drives, so forward. you could just trundle it in front of you.

  9. good morning,
the course that I mostly play insist on WINTER WHEELS for the winter period, do you sell these seperately,or is it a case of strapping on the ones available at various outlets.

    thanking you. Dave.

  10. How much is a new battery, and how much does it cost if I need to send the trolly back to England ( im from the south of Ireland)if it’s out of warrenty..

  11. Damian, the cost of a new lead/acid battery is €89. Or €269 for the lithium battery. If your trolley needs any repairs, we can collect it, give it a full overhaul and return it with a new two year warranty. The cost is €139.

  12. Hi have one of your golf trolleys trying to find out if you do spares as i need a new buckle clip for strapping to hold golf bag on and also a spare score card cover and bottom strapping to hold trolley in position has all these have broken thanks . Tim

  13. I already own a go kart with ordinary battery that needs replacing can i change with a lithium battery or are the motors in kart different .

  14. John, yes you can replace the lead/acid battery with a lithium. They’re interchangeable; the electrics on the trolley are the same.

  15. what are the dimensions of the trolley when folded?my car has limited storage capacity.

  16. Alan, it’s 26x59x61 cms (HxWxL). Please see this page for all sorts of technical info on the GoKart.

  17. I asked GoKart what to do if your trolley veers. Doh!! You make sure your bag is on straight! If it leans left, the trolley veers left and guess what? if it leans right it goes right. Lesson learnt!!!

  18. Morning guys. The speed roller on my trolley has started to continually spin – do you supply the parts for me to fix this? Thanks.

  19. Paul, we can send you a new roller. It’s quite simple to fit. Please call us and we’ll sort you out.
Please note though, it is possible to turn the roller continuously; it’s fitted to the spindle with a friction mount. This is so that if the roller accidentally gets forced round the speed control switch itself won’t be damaged.

  20. Does the GoKart battery need to be left on charge all the time or only after being used?

  21. Clare, no you don’t have to leave the battery on charge all the time. If you have a lead/acid battery (the heavy type), you can leave it on charge all the time in between use if you want to, but once it’s charged up (leave it on overnight on the same day you use it), you can take it off the charger and it’ll stay ready to use for up to a month.

If you have a lithium battery it’s best not to leave it on charge permanently between use.

  22. You sell the lithium battery with a charger. Do you sell it without one?
I have a charger for your acid batteries but thinking of moving to lithium.
So is the charger for the acid batteries useable with the lithium batteries or are the charger outputs different?

  23. Neil, yes, we do sell the lithium battery without the charger. But you can’t use a lead/acid charger with a lithium battery. The settings are very different.

  24. is there a battery charger that can plug into the ciggy lighter of a car that will charge a GoKart battery

  25. William, we don’t make a car charger for our batteries I’m afraid. The reason is it’s really important a golf battery is fully recharged as soon as possible after use. This takes several hours and most people wouldn’t have an eight hour drive home from the golf course ; )

  26. Mick, there’s a two year warranty on the trolley. One year on lead acid batteries and five year limited warranty on lithium batteries. Please see all the small print here

  27. Hi I have a Sun Mountain SYNC golf bag, have you had any of your trolley owners reported any bag retraining issues with this type of bag? Do you envisage any twisting problems with this bag?

    Thanks
    Terry
