Win a dozen balls

Just a little sideline for Birkdale – how are we going to do for Aces this week do you reckon?
Guess a player who’ll hole in one and we’ll reward your wisdom with some Titleists. One prediction per person please. The first 12 winners will get a dozen Titleists each. And we’re putting a GoKart up for grabs for the first person to guess the player AND the hole (but the winner will have to choose our lottery numbers too).

We’ve done a little homework to save you having to;

Par 3’s at the 4th, 7th, 12th and 14th.

The 4th;
203 yds. A pretty straightforward par 3, ok unless the wind is gusty. Three bunkers on the left and one on the right. Tempting to hit long to avoid ’em.

The 7th;
177 yds. Bunkers everywhere you look, and they mean business. Take sandwiches and a flare gun.

The 12th;
183 yds. Very exposed to wind. Can be a really mean little hole.

The 14th;
Added bunkers and an extended green. Your putt can feel as long as your drive.

So just post a reply to this blog item with the name of the player and the hole.

You can enter at any time during the tournament, but the hole in one has to happen at least 15 minutes after your entry is received (obvious I know, but it has to be said)
