At the risk of sounding like our parents, hasn’t it come round quick? It only seems like last week that we were on temporary greens because of the frost and the Christmas cake still hadn’t been finished…we digress…THE OPEN! Birkdale bunkers, claret jug chasing, clammering crowds, let the madness commence…
Some people have been asking whether we’re exhibiting. Sadly we’re not (but we’ll be behind the ropes watching, so make sure to say nice things about GoKart very loud because we’ll be listening. And no, we’re not the wally that shouts “You da man!” every time anyone hits a ball vaguely forward). We do have a penchant for rainbow coloured afro wigs though, but that’s another story.
