Who needs a green jacket when you can win yourself a GoKart?

All you have to do is predict who’ll win at the US Masters at Augusta, and for a tie-break question, what the winning score will be.

To enter just click on “add a comment” below, fill in your name and email and put your answer in the box. Remember, tell us who you think will win and what their score will be.

We’ll be running the same competition for each of the 4 majors in 2008. If you win and you’ve already got a GoKart, if you like you can have the equivalent in batteries and accessories.

To get you started and save you a bit of googling, here are the winners, and their scores, for the last ten years: 1998 O’Meara (279); 1999 Olazabal (280); 2000 Singh (278); 2001 Tiger (272); 2002 Tiger (276); 2003 Weir (281); 2004 Mickelson (279); 2005 Tiger (276); 2006 Mickelson (281); 2007 Johnson (289).

So take a look at who’s been on form so far this year and have a go. Only one entry per person please, but tell your friends and get them to enter too. We keep everyone’s email address private and don’t pass them to any third parties. You may get an occasional email newsletter directly from us, but you can unsubscribe with a single click at any time. If more than one person gets it right, we’ll have a draw to pick the winner. Only entries posted before the tournament starts will be considered, and we’ll announce the result here after the last round on Monday 14th April.

  5. Geoff Ogilvy – 281. Can’t see anyone shooting low 270’s as some people are predicting

  27. It has to be a British player and the player in form is Lee Westwood.
    So good luck to him.

  28. Vijay Singh would be my choice, allthough not at his best so far this year he allways puts the work in which will be rewarded.

    282 would be a good score

  29. Tiger Woods, sorry to be a bore but I think he’s the best bet at the moment.

  39. Sergio cos he has the nicest backside in golf today :). Took the crown from Greg Norman. Not sure of his score but it will be two better than the Tiger !!!!

  45. Tiger Woods . 274 Cannot se anyone else taking the green jacket, the way he is playing at the moment.

  49. ID LIKE TO SEE ONE OF THE ‘ OLD BRIGADE ‘ WIN AGAIN, AND IF I HAD TO PICK ONE FROM COUPLES, LANGER OR OLAZABAL, IT WOULD BE PROBABLY LANGER, SCOERE 279.

    OF THE YOUNGER ONES GARCIA HAS A LOT OF APPEAL, BUT I THINK HIS PUTTING WOULD LET HIM DOWN

  50. I reckon Steve Stricker has a chance because he has the same christian name as me, and I tought him everything he knows……..

    Bet he wished he played off 21 like me !!
