We use Royal Mail to send small items to customers, so the upcoming strikes are going to cause some delays. We will continue to despatch as soon as possible once we receive an order.
The planned strikes are all either single day or two day events. Sometimes this will cause a delay in parcels leaving us. Other times, the postman will still collect from us promptly, but the actual delivery to customers will take longer than usual.
Larger heavier items will continue to be sent using DPD next day. If you need something to arrive urgently, please call us to discuss on 01227 712288. We can send items we would otherwise post via DPD, but we may have to add a surcharge to cover our costs.
