Now it’s out of character for us not to be upbeat, but this is something that’s a bit more serious. From next week we’re going to be charging for post and packing.
Up until now we’ve absorbed the cost within the GoKart price. When we launched we wanted to keep the price tag as low as possible. We still do, but transport costs have risen steadily, and the cost of good quality, heavy duty, recyclable corrugated cardboard is scarily high now. In short, from Monday 17th November we’ll be charging £15 for packaging and standard weekday delivery. Options like before 12/10 or Saturdays will be an extra £4/£8/£10 respectively.
But of course if you’re in the neighbourhood (Canterbury is quite a destination for shopping these days, lovely town centre – and you know how highly we rate the courses around here if you fancy a Kentish days golf) you can always come in and collect from the showroom. We’re open from Monday to Friday, 9 till 5. Best to phone first to check we have the colour you want though.
How long is the guarantee on the Go Kart,maybe it’s in your details,but I seem to have missed it.

I came across your web site in a gadget magazine and I have been searching for a golf trolley for a long time, and have found that a lot are far too large and fiddly and batteries are a problem not to mention the very high costs. Your trolley stuck out for it’s simplicity of use, looks lightweight, with a good speed, easy to assemble and the cost is a big factor. So this all appeals to me, so I will be ordering one.
Your web site I have found to be excellent, and you come across o be honest people with a good sense of humour, your warranty policy of if things go wrong ie: parts etc, and the replacement of a temporary trolley is excellent and you should be commended as far too many companies try to rip the genral public off.
