Pick the Winner at the Open and win a GoKart

GoKart Open CompetitionLet the betting commence – once again you’ve got the chance of winning GoKart if you can predict who’s going to take the money this year. Same rules as always, post a reply to this blog with your named player, and the score you think they’ll finish the four rounds on. One entry per person please. It’ll be a change for 90% of the votes not being for The Tiger.Here’s a run down of the last 10 years winners, the courses and their scores;

2007 Carnoustie Pádraig Harrington 277 (-7)
2006 Hoylake Tiger Woods 270 (-18)
2005 St Andrews Tiger Woods 274 (-14)
2004 Troon Todd Hamilton 274 (-10)

  1. awww was still gonna go for Lion Forest even though he isn’t playing, let’s break with tradition of Aussies and our friends from the US winning at Birkdale and go with El Nino, Garcia to do THE Major at THE Open, 2 under in the wind and rain!

  2. Graham McDowell will become the first person ever to win the British
    Open and the Scottish Open in the same year.
    The winning score will be 6 under

  3. Justin Rose to win at 3 under par. Watched him chip in on the 18th last time.

  4. Jimenez at last. However, Birkdale’s a beast and the weather may not be kind – I’ll give him 2 under over four days.
