I have to say that the customer service that I received from GoKart was exceptional. I had an complex issue regarding another retailer in the golf industry and they went above and beyond to sort the issue out and thankfully I will take delivery of my new Go Kart tomorrow. After looking at all electric golf trolleys on the market the Go Kart is by far the best by a country mile for quality and value as well as the trolley having a good powered motor that can actually pull you up a steep incline unlike other well know trolleys on the market.
