We’re asking anyone that comes from our neck of the woods to get hold of a paper in the next couple of weeks, and vote in the Kent Regional Newspapers’ ‘Young Sports Personality of the Year Award’. Our vote is going to Holly Standing – a young GoKart owner from Faversham who is gaining quite a track record for herself locally and nationally. Currently playing off seven, Holly’s on the EWGA’s ‘super birdie’ programme and has a 2011 calendar jam packed with events here and abroad. We predict great things.
