What a quality product the new Hedgehogs wheels are. Pleased to see some thought had been put into the design (as usual). With the old hedgehog sleeves on the wheels it was difficult getting the bag fully zipped up. With the new wheels being slightly smaller zipping up is a breeze. Thank You and HNY.
Very pleased with the Hedgehog wheels. Speedy delivery, easy to fit to trolley and the trolley still fits in the bag. Have worked a treat on the course; keep up the innovation.

Please help my club has refused to consider the new winter wheels even though they accept hedghogs on pull trolly’s, crazy I know I would buy them today if they agreed ( Rustington Golf Centre ) please name and shame them

Unfortunately you can’t use the seat when the hedgehog wheels are fitted. And we all tend to sit on the wheel if we have to wait and we don’t have a seat fitted. Can’t see that the hedgehogs would be too comfortable…
I had a set of the first hedgehog wheels that goKart bought out. My Course Director at the Weald of Kent took it for a spin and said that he couldn’t allow on the course as he know people would put them on full speed and as such damage the course. He put it on full speed in a wet patch in teh rough and must admit that it did wheel spin.
Seriously frustrated at the moment as broken my wrist in three places seven weeks ago so no golf for me for months and months.
Hi Sue, first of all, lots of best wishes from us here for a speedy recovery. Be good and don’t rush back to it quicker than you should.
It’s frustrating that your club is taking such a rigid stance. More and more clubs are allowing leccies with hedgehogs. Maybe they just need to witness the outcome of that and then they’ll revise their opinions. To go from 0 – 60 at full throttle is going to risk a bit of spin, but we don’t think golfers would be in this habit at all. You can do a lot of damage with a manual trolley if you don’t have basic regard for the surface you’re playing on.
