Christmas Orders Part 2

Lots of customers ask us what happens if the GoKart is bought as a prezzie? When does the warranty start? What if it’s the wrong colour? Or, heaven forbid, can it be returned if hubby doesn’t want it. What about the 28 day money assurance? How’s that going to work?  So we thought a few answers might be useful…

We’re happy to let the warranty start when it’s unwrapped, and not when it’s paid for.

If you choose the wrong colour, we’ll change it. We’ll pay the delivery cost to send you the right colour and you can pay the collection cost (£10) to get the wrong ‘un back to us. Fair?

If the GoKart is an unwanted gift (sob), we’ll collect it and give a full refund.

We say to all new owners, consider the first month as a trial period. Use the GoKart as much as you like to make sure you’re happy with it. If for any reason you decide it’s not for you, no problem, we’ll collect it and give a full refund. If you’re buying for someone else, the 28 days will start when you hand it over, not when you buy it. And if it turns out that the UK is under snow for the whole of January, we’ll extend the 28 days as necessary for the trolley to be given a chance to prove itself.

    Looking to buy a trolley for the other half for Christmas, just a query about delivery times. What is the dealine to get it here (Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire) before Christmas?

    We’ll be shipping right up to the 23rd, but I think that’s cutting it a bit fine personally. If you order the week before that gives us all a bit of leaway in case of errant parcels/unforeseen blizzards/rabid reindeers etc.

  4. I bought my Go Kart this year and i would like to say THANKS what a superb product it does everything you said it would, and your customer service is second to none. All my friends have that other brand Powa****** and are all jealous of my trolley and service. I was even surprised that i had to jog to keep up with the power of my trolley at top speed.

  5. Just a tip I would like to pass on. When cleaning your trolley,starting with a clean trolley, wipe it all over with an auto interior cleaner like “cockpit shine” or some other proprietry brand. Not only will it make your trolley look shiny and special ,but, the next time you come to clean it the dirt just drops off and all you need do is wipe it dry with clean cloth!

Unlike almost every other company I have dealt with recently, M&S and British Gas especially,your commitment to Customer service and complete satisfaction is fantastic and hugely appreciated.I very much doubt that my recently acquired GoKart will get much of a testing for some weeks, so will let you know how it performs just as soon as I let it.

  7. Just a quick mail to thank you all at Go Kart for the superb Customer Service that you provide. I have had the ‘space wagon’ for over a year but it performs every time and gets lots of attention – in fact I have seen a couple more of them at the club recently!!!
