Christmas Lithium deal – save £60

From November 15th 2013 to January 2nd 2014 you can make a very tidy saving when buying a GoKart with lithium battery – £60. You can either order direct from us or through your pro (in which case you’d get a £60 cashback in the form of a cheque direct from us).

Our lithium is 36 hole, weighs just 2.4 Kg, comes with a five year limited warranty and will make your life perfect in every way. Maybe that last statement is a slight exaggeration but frankly, we wouldn’t be without ours now; they’re a real pleasure to use. If you play a fair amount of golf, move around a bit or simply just don’t enjoy lugging a battery around the place this is going to be very much your thing.

And if you already have a GoKart and you’re looking to replace your battery we have a bit of a treat for you too. Even if you have lead acid now you can just replace this with a lithium battery with no modification to the trolley, so you’re not missing out. And we’ve reduced the price of the battery and charger (it has to have a proper lithium charger) from £240 to £199 for the same period. Order your replacement lithium here.

So a GoKart lithium Automatic costs just £439, and the standard trolley with lithium costs just £399. You can order here. Offers applies while stocks last.

  1. There isn’t an 18 hole lithium battery at the moment but we’ll have one available in the new year.

  2. Could you please explain why you state your 36 hole lithium has a limited 5 year guarantee when sold with a go kart, but is only offered with a two year guarantee when purchased separately ??

  3. Robert – we hadn’t updated all the relevant pages on the site with the 5yr warranty info. The lithium battery does carry a 5year limited warranty whether you buy it with a GoKart or without. Sorry about that, we’ve caught up now!

  4. Hi
I would like a lithium battery….shame that Peter only bought a new battery last week ( although to date it hasn’t arrived yet) as he would have bought a lithium one rather than the old sort if he had been told about the special price promo. If it is still with you can he change it to Lithium???

    What do I do next?

  5. Sally we’ll be in touch Monday morning. We’ll certainly be able to sort something out even if we’ve already despatched, don’t worry.

  6. Ordered mine yesterday and it’s arrived today (yeah that’s right today..this sort of exceptionally brilliant service is starting to annoy me, there’s nothing to complain about), weighs about as much as a light bulb and with a 5 year warranty it’s a no brainer.
At first I thought I would buy a cheap after market lead acid one for £40 esp as I only ever play 18 holes but these things are very heavy, and I always feel a little dangerous when charging up so I thought about it and then decided well even if I only play once a week for the next two years, the lithium battery will only cost me £2 a week, (my bread roll and coffee at the 9th hole is £2.60!) so £2 is very little indeed plus it’s very light, takes less time to charge (saving my elec bill) and being a 36 hole battery should never let me down on the course so no danger of me ever having to push a heavy trolley the last 4 holes as I sometimes did with my lead acid battery, my advice, get one now, it makes sense.
