“I played a very well known golf course in Scotland this week for the second time with my golfing buddy. I was in the pro-shop paying the fees when a lady member said, “You’re back! Have you brought your sexy friend with you again?”. “Er yes” I replied, “he’s just outside”.
I mentioned this on the first tee to my buddy and he was totally embarassed and wondering who would say such a thing. Needless to say, this was the heart of conversation throughout the round, which I (unusually) won by six shots. When we arrived at the 19th it was clear that the lady was actually talking about my new “green electric buddy” and not my golf buddy!
Now he wants to get back to the course again to beat me with a clear head!

It would seem that golf courses around my area are saying that during the winter months you will have to use headgehog type wheels on any trolley electric and manual.My club witch sell powercaddies sell these wheels for 50 pound .Q.Have you heard about this and also I would like to hear from people who have the same problem

just thought i would drop you guys a wee line to say how impressed i was with your service..i phoned you on tuesday to make an enquiry about purchasing the gokart and within 5 mins i had my credit card out and bought one..it is now thursday and i have just taken delivery of my new best friend….cant wait for the good ol’ scottish weather to change so i can get out there…..will post back once i have tried it out…

In a world where ‘service’ and ‘the customer’ are a dirty word, its good to know that Gokart is bucking the trend. Your product is first class and so is your service. I have own a Gokart for about a year and could not be more pleased. After about six months use the battery appeared to fail on about the 16TH hole and I phoned Gokart to comment about this.
No only was is accepted that I had a problem with the battery by Gokart staff but they enquired when I was next to play and use the Gokart. In the morning at about 11am I said. At 9am the following morning a new fully charged battery was delivered to my door and they took the old one away.
The British chambers of commerce should look at how you deal with customer ‘service’ and follow your lead. You are a 5 star company.
Just wanted to say i got a Go-Kart trolley as a surprise christmas gift.I think its fantastic.I’ve now started to golf more often,as its such a joy to use.People comment about it all the time.It;s brill.
Just to add to Rick’s comment regarding Hedgehog wheels – my club near Canterbury also insists that Hedgehog wheels are used during the winter months – however, I know that many trolley manufacturers will not warrant their products if Hedgehog wheels are fitted to their products – Motocaddy is one that I know that specifically voids all warranty if these tyres are fitted – it would be good if Gokart defines their position regarding their warranty terms.
Certainly – our warranty is unaffected by the use of Hedgehogs. It all works very well.
Great product and great service. Just played 36 holes with my new. 18 hole battery comfortably. ( Course measures 6, 500 yards + my tacking left and right.)
