  2. Recently my Gokart trolley handle broke, I emailed the Services Department on Wednesday night, got a call on Thursday morning. Gokart arranged for my unit to be picked up on Friday and at the same time left a demo set for me to use for my Sat. medal! Within two weeks, my Gokart was repaired, serviced and delivered back to me. I have nothing but praise for the efficient, painless and thoughtful services provided by Gokart, an absolute first class act.

  3. I have had my GoKart for 15 months now and have been over the moon with it, lightweight, simple to use and assemble, and it does ‘what it says on the box’. Unfortunately it has just developed a problem, but this superb and ethical company have collected and delivered a temporary replacement whilst my ‘golf buddy’ has a health check, so I am back on the fairway. Having a heart condition means I can not play without my hard working electrical caddy. This company deserves to be successful as its service and products are second to none, If you need a new trolley then buy one of these – you will not be disappointed and you will be supporting a UK company that goes out of its way in providing exceptional customer service.

  4. Thank you very much for the excellant customer service I received recently when I returned my golf trolley. The problem was quickly and efficiently resolved thanks to the polite and helpful telephone staff.

  5. Probably heard this many times. your after sales service is without doubt second to none. many high street retailers need to take a leaf out of your book and care about there customers as you do so well.

  6. Just got my Gokartback from its upgrade, brill, its has had a better face lift than the whole of hollywood

  7. After 18 months of great Go Karting, something very unusual happened, the motor on my cart conked out. It wasn’t hard to push my Go Kart for the remainder of my golf game (they are just as easy as a normal trolley to push). I rang Go Kart and Julie arranged for my cart to be picked up the next day and a replacement to use in the meantime. The cart was returned to me a week later, not only repaired, but with a couple of replaced parts to update them. Thats what I call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even the delivery time, which they texted to me, was spot on to the minute.
    Well Done all at Go Kart.
