Upgrade Policy

What happens when we make changes? We discuss this with customers now and again, so it might be useful to clarify our position when we make improvement to the GoKart, so here goes…

We make the GoKart ourselves, and we occasionally tinker around a bit to make it even better. Sometimes these changes result from customer feedback, or maybe we just get a new idea. It could also be that over time the performance of a certain part doesn’t live up to our expectations, so we fix it. If this change has been made because the previous version wasn’t up to scratch, we will upgrade the GoKart of existing owners that need it free of charge ‚Äì no matter how old their trolley is.

This doesn’t apply to changes that are simply evolutionary or improvements to something that was OK before. So when we launch a new model that’s powered by fresh air, hovers three inches off the ground and coughs every time your opponent takes a shot, please don’t come asking for a freebie.
