We’re committed to giving you the best possible service. You may have bought your GoKart for Christmas (or Hogmanay, Easter, or whatever)…we think it’s for life.

The GoKart, battery and charger are all guaranteed for a full year from purchase.

That’s the warranty, all clean and simple. But you’re probably more interested in what happens outside of warranty. If your GoKart needs attention because of wear and tear, there will be a charge to fix it. We have a speedy collect and return service which currently costs £15, this includes the delivery and collection of a loan trolley whilst yours is off the road. There’s no labour charge for repairs, we only charge you for the parts needed, and they’re very reasonable.

We make the GoKart ourselves, and we occasionally tinker around a bit to make it even better. Sometimes these changes result from customer feedback, or maybe we just get a new idea. It could also be that over time the performance of a certain part doesn’t live up to our expectations, so we fix it. Our view is that if this change has been made because the previous version wasn’t up to scratch, we will upgrade the GoKart of existing owners that need it free of charge & no matter how old their trolley is.

We take immense care and pride in making each trolley that leaves our factory. It means a great deal to us that every one is perfect.
