Ferret vs GoKart

Whilst fitting my new wheels and bag holder my ferret which enjoys hiding anything that is plastic and spherical stole it and buried it in the garage – never to be seen again. D’oh.”

“Ferrets have a strong nesting instinct and will repeatedly carry small objects to hidden locations. It is difficult to predict what objects ferrets will attempt to hoard, with owners reporting play toys, socks, bags of onions, pizza slices, keys, calculators, coins, silverware, aluminum foil, shoes, sponges, toilet paper rolls, textbooks, video game controllers, remote controls, footballs, brooms, pencils, erasers, bouncy balls, cardboard boxes, etc. Ferrets will seemingly form attachments to certain objects and will repeatedly ‘steal’ the same object and bring it to their hiding place.”
Is it possible that it’s building its own GoKart, bit by bit?
We could also encourage owners to sign up to FERT, the Ferret education and research trust.

Feb 18 2009 Posted in Customer comment, Euro, GoKart News by GoKartWe keep getting asked if the Skycaddie can be fitted to the GoKart. Yes. Easy peasy. And here’s a photo to prove it, courtesy of Stewart Goodwin. Didn’t leave the scorecard visible then Stewart? That doesn’t look like middle of the fairway mud on those treads…obviously putting them to their off-road use.
So we reckon a GoKart bracket wouldn’t go amiss for such a use, but it’s nice to know that until we produce one there’s a solution that doesn’t involve sticky tape and Blue Peter craft type expertise.

Feb 17 2009 Posted in Customer comment, Euro, GoKart News by GoKartFirst time out with his GoKart, Michael Walton aced his first hole in one at the fourth at Walhampton. 187m uphill, the fourth is a good 5 wood and not the easiest hole to make mincemeat of.
It was his very first hole-in-one, and as you can see, Michael was so thrilled he immediately ripped off all his clothes and headed straight for a Carribean holiday to celebrate. Well we asked for a photo, expecting a pic of him and his mate Bill (who witnessed said feat) looking a bit chilly in waterproofs on a windswept wintery Hampshire landscape – but we rather prefer this.

Jan 30 2009 Posted in Customer comment, Euro by GoKartI sent my order for a Gokart on Thursday, someone from Gokart phoned me on Friday, and low and behold the Gokart arrived on Saturday. How cool was that. Many thanks for your prompt service, should the Gokart break down, I hope the service is as good. If not, I shall be up there chasing you around the office with my 7 iron.

When we were nominated for ‘Best Brand’, up against some of the big boys (Nike, Callaway, Taylormade etc), we were delighted to bits. Then we heard we’d won and our delightedness reached another level. Bourbon biscuits were purchased. (more…)
