  1. Brilliant exercises – I have been doing sun salutation for donkey’s years but it is so nice to have a slight twist that you get with this one – holding some of the poses. I think the exercise initiative is brill. Well done.

  2. Its bad enough getting off the tee on ladies day. Whats it gonna be like if we all go through this rigmarol before we tee off !!!!!
