Used GoKarts
Jan 31 2009 Posted in GoKart News by GoKartFollowing on from our news earlier in the week, we now have some used GoKarts for sale in our webshop. The price is £140, plus post & packing (price new £194). This will include the trolley, battery, charger and 12 months warranty. All of the trolleys will have been completely stripped, re-built and upgraded to the latest specification. They will be supplied with our standard battery, good for up to 27 holes.
These GoKarts have been used for various reasons; testing and development in house, loaned as demonstrators, or taken in as part exchange. Although as good as new mechanically, there are superficial signs of use and so cosmetically do not look brand new anymore. Our standard terms apply, so it you buy one of these trolleys, and it doesn’t live up to your expectations for any reason, we’ll collect it and give you all your money back.
To place an order click here to go to the shop. At the moment there’s a good choice of colour combos – but they’re getting snapped up, so if you have your heart set on a pink and grey one, and nothing else will hit the spot for you, better click fast.
**UPDATE – 17/03/09. Used trolleys are currently sold out**

Hi Gary, There aren’t any reconditioned trolleys available at the moment and we don’t have any imminent for sale I’m afraid. We do have the ‘Bundle’ deal running. Take a look here;

Alex, it’s not imminent – likely to be at least 6 months, but we’ll make a note that you’re interested and drop you a line when we have any – sorry to keep you waiting. Can’t tempt you into a shiny new one can we?

I’ve now owned a gokart for over 15 months and must admit have had 1 or 2 problems with it. This is probably due to the amount of useage, i wouldn’t class myself as the average golfer. I play golf at least twice a week and sometimes up 6 times per week.
I’d like to thank the company for there speedy response to my problems i’ve had. I’ve not even had to pay for any repairs, not even postage. My golfing friends can’t believe the after sales service that Gokart provide to the extent that they’ll be purchasing a gokart in the future. Keep up the good work

Sorry Rebecca, we haven’t. They sold out very quickly.

I am delighted with my trolley. At our course we have a steep hill from the 17th to the 18th – it is awsome! My trolley pulls me up the slope without effort. I watch the others with their powercaddys get slower and slower! Great product. I now want all the accessories as us girls do. A little clip on ‘handbag’ would be good and a visor:)

Hi Roy,
We’ve known one or two customers order the battery fitting kit (so the cover only) to keep in the car boot for such occasions. But we suspect you’ll only do it once….
So yes, a blank battery cover would lock the frame into place very effectively.

Ordered trolley late Sunday and amazingly I received it Wednesday morning.
A great product with excellent delivery.
Now the downside – went out Thursday to christen my Trolley and left the battery at home and had to come all the way back to get it.
I know stupid me, but I am really used to a good old pull trolley that doesn’t need batteries.
Just a thought – I know I have now probably learnt my lesson, but would the top section ( the coloured bit) of the Battery Fitting Kit left in my trolley bag enable me to use the trolley as a last resort should I do it again.
Thanks again for super delivery.

Have you considered designing a motorised trolley for the window cleaning industry?
I use an adapted sack truck that carries 2 x 25 litre containers and a pump box for my water fed pole system.
A friend of mine has adapted a motorised golf trolley trolley, and it works brilliantly.
If you got in first you could make a killing. regards Dave Hutton

Keith,
Sorry, not really sure what you’re asking. Here’s our best guess at an answer;
Yes, your Wife will be able to control the GoKart up three steep hills – probably even more than three if she wanted. And yes, it will assist her in reaching the top (of said hills). Hope this helps, but please let us know if you need more info (or pitons).

I asked if my wife would be able to control your trolley up three steep hills on our golf course and would it also assist her in reaching the top.
