Yes, if you need to push the trolley for any reason it’ll just freewheel in front of you.
June 22nd, 2012 at 9:46 am
If the battery goes, does it push manually with ease?
June 19th, 2012 at 10:16 pm
You’ll be covered by a 2 year warranty. We do offer a service option that also includes a fresh two year warranty – that would be worth considering in the future.
June 19th, 2012 at 10:13 pm
Yes both bags will for on the GoKart although sometimes you have to position stand bag so that the struts are tidy and out of the way
June 11th, 2012 at 3:16 pm
OH yes and, if I buy the auto, what warranty do I get from the outset and if I wanted to obtain a top up, can I do this?
June 11th, 2012 at 2:59 pm
HI can you tell me if the auto trolley takes both standard golf and satnd bags?
December 12th, 2011 at 12:40 pm
Hi Chris,
We look after customers in Ireland wonderfully well. The only slight difference is that we can’t offer you a loan trolley if you’re off the road. But in terms of warranty you are completely covered in every aspect – 2 years on the trolley, one year on the battery.

what happens if i purchase a trolley and it needs repair as i live in ireland.

In a previous post you mentioned you had plans to incorporate a distance control feature into the trolley, how close is this to production?

Our trolley is a lot more frugal with power than other types, even though it has a big butch 230W motor. It’s all down to a very clever patented gearing system that’s unique to the GoKart. So whilst it’s big on power, it’s easy on juice from the battery. And it romps around 18, we promise you (and more than that).
We wouldn’t in a million years criticise our competitors’ attributes. But we’ll happily wax lyrical about ours.
One other unique offering with a GoKart is the 28 day try out offer. You can use the trolley for a whole month to make sure it’s exactly what you want. If you’re in any way dissatisfied we collect and give you all your money back. We’re confident you’ll love it, but the proof is out on the golf course.

We know of customers up to about 20 stone who use the seat, so that should give you an idea.
August 12th, 2011 at 9:39 am
last question before i nip over and buy a trolley, what is the weight limit of the seat?
August 11th, 2011 at 11:45 am
So glad to hear you’re not nicking the wife’s GoKart! Yes, your PK bag will fit on a GoKart. We don’t need any sort of locking mechanism on the bottom of a GoKart, it will cope with any bag very nicely without twisting or turning – but the gubbins at the bottom of the PK back won’t get in the way, don’t worry!

ive currently got a powakaddy which will not fit in my new car! my wifes go kart does so i need a gokart haha. will my powakaddy trolley bag anti twist thing fit on the bottom of the gokart???????

Hi
I have have been told by one of your competitors that your 36 hole (28Ah) battery is inferior to their 36 hole (33Ah) battery .Bet thats not correct but whats the difference. Also a lot of sites give incline stats, how good is gokart on steep inclines.
Thanks
steve

hi, can i collect the trolley rather than making sure im in for delivery?
June 21st, 2011 at 11:19 am
Hi Harry. We’re out of stock of the brolly at the moment. But we’ll let you know when we have them available again. You can still include it in your order to qualify for the bundle though. Just give us a call and we can sort it out for you.
June 20th, 2011 at 1:09 pm
It doesn’t seem to be possible to purchase a brolly as part of a “bundle” on your website. Is this correct?
March 17th, 2011 at 3:20 pm
Hi Mike, the price of £244 includes the trolley, 18 hole battery and charger. The only extra is the cost of p&p of £15.
March 15th, 2011 at 11:40 am
Hi there. Do I need to order a battery charger as an accessory or does the trolley/battery come with one included?
Thanks

If you go to the website shop here; shop and click on ‘optional accessories’ (you’ll see this next to ‘choose your cart’) you’ll see all the accessories listed. You’ll just have to select what colour you want and the size battery required – 18 or 36 holes.
Alternatively, if you’d rather you can always phone your order through on 01227 712288.

October 11th, 2010 at 9:19 am
Hi John,
If you go to the webshop here and click on ‘optional accessories’ (next to ‘choose your kart’) you’ll see all the extras listed, along with their prices. Shout if you need any other info please.

Hi Zac,
Whenever possible we’ll give customers the option to upgrade – I guess this depends on the degree of change involved. With the bundle, as long as you order a minimum of two accessories you’ll qualify for the £20 off, buying extra accessories doesn’t alter the deal.
September 25th, 2010 at 5:59 pm
when you change things on the GO KART to new versions of the GO KART will you upgrade the older versions?
to get the bundle offer do you have to have just two accessories or can you get three or four and still get the bundle offer?
June 2nd, 2010 at 12:03 pm
Hi Mark,
We haven’t any plans for any sort of remote function for the GoKart as it stands at the moment. We’d consider a distance control for future models but remote is still something we’re not convinced about.
May 31st, 2010 at 6:21 pm
Hi
Do you or will you be dooing a remote control unit for this cart.
Regards
Mark

Hi Ken,
The PK 18 hole battery is the right size for the GoKart. Their 36 version is too big. You will need to remove the Powakaddy connector from the battery; this is usually bolted to the positive and negative terminals and only takes a moment. You can then fit our battery fitting kit (type 2) to the battery to allow it to slot into the GoKart frame. If you decide to order a GoKart you can either order the whole set, including battery and charger, plus a fitting kit so you can use your existing battery in rotation with the new one. Or you can order just a GoKart without battery and charger. If you choose the latter, no need to order the battery fitting kit separately; there’s one in the box with the trolley.
The Powakaddy bag will fit the GoKart perfectly. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need more info.

Hi Les,
The GoKart umbrella holder costs £19 plus £4 post and packing. You can order online in our web shop, or give us a call on 01227 712288.

Hi Leslie,
I’m afraid we don’t have any reconditioned trolleys for sale currently, and no immediate plans to offer any on sale – there is a bundle deal at the moment, where ordering two accessories qualifies for a £20 discount on the trolley. Are there any accessories you might need and he could get the benefit of the discount?
March 12th, 2010 at 5:59 pm
I have a GoKart & my brother would like one but cannot afford one —-do you have any used or reconditioned ones for sale in good condition?
February 24th, 2010 at 3:38 pm
Hi Nick, we’ll keep you posted about the winter wheel situation, but as an interim measure you can use hedgehogs on the drive wheels. Take a look at these blog items;
