Apologies for the delay
Jan 11 2009 Posted in GoKart News by GoKartJust a quick line to apologise to owners who’ve ordered new wheels, or non-clogging mudguards, for their GoKarts recently. There is a delay in shipping the revised parts at the moment. We’re not up to full production yet, and what with the Christmas holiday, we’ve got a little behind (even if we do say so ourselves).
We are working as fast as possible to catch up and hope you can be patient for a bit longer.

No Problem. As someone has already stated your aftersales service is pretty amazing.
Incidentally I’ve designed a temporary “Fix”
Take an old stor/credit card. People must have stacks of these at the moment.
Cut two corners out to form a very fat “T” so that the bottom(Narrow) bit of the T fit’s snuggly into the rear of the mudgaurd. Then put a bend into the cross bar of the “T” so it makes contact with the wheel. Bob’s your Granny.
I will not be offended if you don’t pass this on as I have not done a full Health and Saftey Risk assesment nor have I trialed it for two years but it works for me.

Your product is fabulous I love my GoKart and so do many other members at our golf club
Looking forward to the new wheels for sure
As a customer I can assure you I’m very happy with the GoKart product and more importantly your customer service is amazing.

No need to apologise Go Kart. The very fact that your company offers this level of service is refereshing to say the least and I’m quite happy waiting a few more weeks.
