Two customer comments that rather sum things up…

“I would just like to say the trolley is fantastic,it was out the box and on the course in 40mins, Lasted  easily the 18 holes. Played 24 today and it breezed it, looks great, everyone loves the style. Never had an electric trolley before, makes the game so much easier.”  Andy K.

“I am making the assumption that my newly serviced GoKart (just returned) will operate as it has for the previous 4 years, if so this is the BEST SERVICE on ANYTHING I have ever owned in the past nearly 70 years. Collected on time, delivered on time and presumably serviced 100%. it looks new again. I am sure I will be a customer till I pop me clogs.” John S.

  1. Great company and great service. My battery packed up one month out of service and they sent me another one free of charge and delivered in two days.
    Cant get better than this.

  2. I got my kart second hand and only used a few times when it
    stopped working, I contacted Rob @Go Kart and took it direct to their factory who repaired and gave it a full service and replaced missing
    parts while I waited, it now looks like new, absolutley great after sales
    service, second to none, thanks Rob and team.

  3. Had a problem with a hub fixing on my Go Kart. Spoke to a gentleman on Monday 9th and explained the problem. Was informed that the replacement part would be in the post that day. Received new hub Tuesday 10th and fixed the problem in two minutes. Thank You.
    P.S. Can you correct my golf swing in the same time period please?

  4. I had a 36-hole comp at Surrey Downs last week and was very pleased with myself that I remembered to take both my 18-hole batteries with me. Of course I was enjoying lunch so much that I forgot to switch them over. Needn’t have worried, the first battery was still purring along on the 36th hole. My Go Kart is the best golf buy I’ve ever made.

  5. Having bought my Go Kart used, the scorecard cover broke. I contacted the very helpful customer serviceI team to explain my problem and expecting to buy a replacement.
    Once I had submitted my details I was advised that a redesigned replacement would be in the post to me by COP that day. As promised, and next day, I received a replacement and in the post which has now been fitted.
    I would like to record my appreciation for some 1st class customer service which I have shared with anyone who listened over the weekend. I will definitely be recommending Go Kart to my friends.

  6. Just received serviced and new “handled” Kart back . Thought before I sent it back it all seemed a bit expensive but I find I have a virtually new trolley and the new handle is a doddle to use .Please arrange pickup of myself for a similar refurb (and if possible a new handle !)

  7. just like to say what wonderful services broke my battery holder ordered new one Monday morning arrived Tuesday morning phone staff so helpful told all my friends to look in to buying one and repairs team very good
