…like the Brabazon at the Belfry. And is that a radioactive rescue wood we spy? Thanks to Iwan J from Gloucester for the photo.

just like to record my thanks for your faultless customer service. In Nov of 2009 I had to have the the Switch Assembly on the Speed Control repaired when it was out of warranty. I had to pay for the collection & loan service but to my delight the repair was done at cost. A few weeks ago i noticed that the wiring from the Speed Control to the battery had become chaffed, where the Trolley is folded for storage. So I rang up spoke to someone in Customer services & they arranged for the trolley to be collected & a loan Trolley to be left. A few days later I had a phone call to arrange delivery at my convenience, which included an e-mail giving me a 1 hour delivery slot so I knew when to expect delivery. The bottom line was that when i looked at the delivery Note, there was no charge, not even for the collection, or Trolley loan! GoKart, your Trolleys are great & your Customer Service is brilliant, thanks so much.
