Gokart mystery parts – the result

Well, the answer is the ghosts in the 80’s arcade game Pacman, A.K.A. Inky and Blinky;
So, the winner of three GoKart golf balls is Marc Smith. Well done Marc; we know what you were up to in 1981 (we favoured Galaxian at the time).

It’s the most requested accessory, and we apologise for taking so long to get it into production. We’re aiming to have it in available later this year, but that does depend on whether are any issues after it’s been prototyped. We can confirm it will be compatible with all GoKarts though, and we’ll let you have more news as soon as possible. In the meantime, here are a few pictures to show how it’ll work. (more…)

As if the US Open finish at Torrey Pines wasn’t exciting enough for us all; there was a dramatic five way play off held here at GKHQ. Five people, of the hundreds that entered, predicted the correct combination of Tiger on 283 to win. There could be only two winners though, and first and second out of the hat were Chris W from Whitley Bay, and John H from Bridgwater. Congratulations to you both.
So here’s to Lee Westwood taking the British Open. Are we allowed to get excited for that yet please?

At the half way stage, Stuart Appleby is in front, and there’s a good number of votes cast for other players that are currently in the top 20. But with Tiger one shot off the lead, even with a dicky knee, (more…)
